Ever noticed when you go to any make up store, an employee will take their time and patiently help you look for what you want. Whether it be spending $12 on a lipstick or $100 worth of products. Yet, when you are having car problems, you take your car to an auto shop, and the employee briefly tells you "A part in your car needs to be replaced, and if you don't replace it, your car will break down". This experience has happened to me for many of years. Taking my car to a shop, spending hundreds of dollars without an explanation of what a part does, looks like, or what will happen if I don't fix it. "Look like a princess, wrench like a man". This is the motto I live by. My name is Jona, and I'm a graduate of Leeward Community College with an Associates Degree in Automotive Technology. We often think we don't need to have any car knowledge, until something happens with our cars, or we feel like we are being ripped off at a shop. These experiences are what lead me to go to college to learn how a car works. My hopes is to share the knowledge I have learned with others. Whether you like cars, want to learn about your car, or deciding if you want to have a career in the automotive industry, I hope this website is helpful for you. A site that can teach you about your car without feeling intimidated that you don't have any car knowledge.
